DKMS
DKMS is an international non-profit organization dedicated to giving blood cancer patients worldwide a second chance at life. What began as an initiative in Germany has grown into a global movement, facilitating life-saving stem cell donations for patients across continents. Today, more than 11.5 million potential donors are registered with DKMS, and over 100,000 stem cell donations have been successfully arranged. Beyond donor registration, DKMS expands access to life-saving therapies through international initiatives and advances medical research and innovation. Through its DKMS Life Science Lab, it sets global standards in donor typing to help identify the best possible match for transplant patients worldwide.
